Join Eskenazi Health and Versiti for a blood drive at Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, located at 720 Eskenazi Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202
Versiti must see 550 individuals each and every day to ensure hospital patients near and far have more tomorrows and brighter futures. When you donate blood, you help save lives and you may improve your own health. Studies have shown that regular blood donors experience reductions in blood pressure, in the risk of suffering a heart attack and in the rate of developing internal cancers.
Eligibility
The donation process takes less than an hour. It is recommended that donors have a light snack before donating. Most people are eligible to donate. There are very few causes for deferral and very few medications that are not acceptable.
