To setup Haiku or Canto at Eskenazi Health

1. Use your mobile device to download the appropriate app from the device’s App Store:
    A. Haiku for Apple and Android smartphones
    B. Canto for iPad only

2. Go to this page from your mobile device
3. Select either Haiku or Canto below to install the Eskenazi Health profile
4. Open Haiku or Canto and it should now say Eskenazi Health at the top
5. Enter your Eskenazi Health Epic User ID and Password to login

By using these apps on your mobile device, you must abide by the Eskenazi Healthpolicy, notably, you’ll need to encrypt your device. Please be sure to review this document:
