There is no health without mental health. The National Institute of Mental Health estimates that about one out of five American adults experiences some form of mental, behavioral or emotional disorder. Disorders can range widely in form and degree. Some have little to no effect on everyday life, while others make it difficult for sufferers to function.
Taking care of your mental health and emotional well-being is a foundational step to being able to live the life you want, and Eskenazi Health is here for you.
