Eskenazi Health Healthy Me is a free wellness program that focuses on lifestyle management by supporting patients and employees of all ages in their efforts to improve their overall health and well-being. Everyone has the opportunity to live a happy and satisfying life – and this program is designed to meet every person where they are to assist them in becoming the best version of themselves. The health coaches provide education, encouragement and accountability so that the healthy choice is the easy choice.
During warmer months, members can join Healthy Me Garden Clubs to learn more about gardening and to taste and learn about fresh produce.
