In observance of the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 31, certain Eskenazi Health departments will either be closed or observe alternate hours. Some departments will maintain normal operating hours. Here is noteworthy information regarding the upcoming holiday:
- The COVID-19 assessment center on the downtown campus will be closed on Monday. The testing sites at Eskenazi Health Center North Arlington and Eskenazi Health Center West 38th Street will also be closed on Monday.
- Accounts Payable will be closed on Monday.
- Café Soleil at Eskenazi Health will be closed on Monday. The Café Soleil dining room remains closed.
- Café Soleil Express at Eskenazi Health will be closed on Monday.
- Café Soleil Express at Eskenazi Health Center West 38th Street will be closed on Monday.
- The Cashier’s Office will be closed on Monday.
- Corporate Compliance will be closed on Monday. For urgent needs, please call Peggy Ford, vice president of Compliance, at 317.719.9093.
- Customer Service will be closed on Monday.
- All Eskenazi Health Center primary care sites that are normally open on Mondays will be closed. Prior to the holiday, normal hours will be observed on Saturday. Eskenazi Health Center College Avenue (dental clinic) will be closed on Monday.
- The Eskenazi Health Daily will not be sent on Monday.
- ETC...The Spa will be closed on Monday.
- Family Planning East and Family Planning West – will be closed on Monday. Family Planning Willowbrook is normally closed on Mondays.
- The Frank & Katrina Basile Gift Shop at Eskenazi Health remains closed.
- Health Information Management will be closed on Monday.
- Human Resources will be closed on Monday.
- The Ingram Micro Mobility Marketplace, including the Fresh for You Market, will be open during normal hours.
- Legal Affairs will be closed on Monday. For emergency requests, please call the Eskenazi Health operators at 317.880.0000 to have the Legal Affairs on-call pager paged.
- The mass vaccination site on the Eskenazi Health downtown campus is closed Friday, Saturday and Monday.
- Medical Supply Store at the Sandra Eskenazi Outpatient Care Center will be closed on Monday.
- Occupational Health will be closed on Monday. If you need immediate attention for a work-related injury, please visit the Michael & Susan Smith Emergency Department at Eskenazi Health. Staff members who have COVID19-related questions can call Karen Smith, manager, at 317.880.3301.
- The Office of Patient Experience will be closed on Monday.
- The Optical Shop on the Eskenazi Health downtown campus, along with the Eskenazi Health Center Forest Manor Optical Shop and the Eskenazi Health Center Pecar Optical Shop, will be closed on Monday.
- All but one Eskenazi Health outpatient pharmacy will be closed on Monday. Eskenazi Health St. Margaret's Pharmacy will be open from 12 – 6 p.m. on Monday.
- Patient Liaison’s Office will be closed.
- Payroll will be closed on Monday.
- Purchasing will be closed on Monday. The emergency contact for Monday is Dawn Ross, senior purchasing agent, who can be reached at 317.880.3705. Staff members should contact their respective purchasing agents to assist with proactively placing orders to ensure delivery timeline needs are met.
- Ricoh Solutions Center will be closed on Monday.
- Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center locations (3171 N. Meridian St., 5610 Crawfordsville Rd., Dr. James J. Wright Building/1700 N. Illinois St. and Dr. Alan & Diane Breier Prevention and Recovery Center for Early Psychosis) will be closed on Monday.
- All specialty care clinical areas in the Sandra Eskenazi Outpatient Care Center on the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors will be closed on Monday.
- Starbucks at Eskenazi Health will be closed on Monday.
- Transition Support will be closed on Monday. Issues that arise should be routed to the on-call staff by calling the Eskenazi Health operators at 317.880.0000.
- Wellness will not be offering the online Move It Monday or Barre exercise classes on Monday.
