Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center invites mental health professionals to attend our virtual educational speaker series. This webinar is scheduled for Thursday, March 13 from 4 - 5 p.m.
The webinar will be led by Jeff Noyed, lifestyle health and wellness manager, who will present, “Using Moments of High Stress and Change to Strengthen Your Well-Being,” and discuss solutions for managing stress and tips for overcoming challenges to help with protecting one’s wellness.
Noyed’s presentation will cover how challenges, obstacles and unexpected change can lead to stressful days and how being intentional with thoughts and actions can help maintain personal well-being. Participants will learn how to use self-discovery, experimenting and practice to master stress by building inner strength to stay well.

Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center’s monthly speaker series is free to attend. Eligible participants (LMHC, LMFT and LCSW) have the opportunity to earn CEUs by attending the presentation.
