Eskenazi Health Center North Arlington Pharmacy Closes for Remodeling

On Monday, Jan. 9, the pharmacy at Eskenazi Health Center North Arlington will be closed for remodeling.  It is scheduled to reopen on Monday, Feb. 13. The two Eskenazi Health pharmacies in close proximity to Eskenazi Health Center North Arlington are:

  • Eskenazi Health Center Forrest Manor: 3840 N. Sherman Dr., 317.541.3458, open Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek:  9443 E. 38th St., 317.890.2121, open Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
