1. Locate a sturdy, armless chair.
2. Sit toward the front of the chair with your knees bent and your feet flat on floor, shoulder-width apart.
3. Lean back and cross your arms over your chest, placing hands on opposite shoulders.
4. Bring your upper body forward until sitting upright.
5. Extend your arms so they are parallel to the floor and slowly stand up.
6. Repeat 10-15 times.
7. Rest; then repeat 10-15 more times.
