Exercise of the Month: Modified Jumping Jacks

May 2019

  1. Stand with straight posture, feet together and hands by your sides. 

  2. Keep your knees slightly bent and your abdomen muscles engaged.

  3. Step to the right and raise both arms in the air, similar to a normal jack.

  4. Step right leg back to the middle, lower arms, and repeat with the left leg.

  5. Repeat the process 10 times.
