Exercise of the Month: Resistance Band Chest Press

November 2019

  1. Stand straight with a staggered step, one foot slightly in front of the other.

  2. Wrap the resistance band around your back.

  3. Make sure the band is in line with your chest and hold each end in your hands.

  4. Pull the resistance band straight out for one repetition.

  5. Return back to start position and repeat the process eight to 12 times.
