Indianapolis, March 27, 2017 – Everyone is invited to visit an Eskenazi Health community health fair on Friday, April 7 from 2-4 p.m. at Eskenazi Health Center Barton Annex, 501 N. East Street in Indianapolis.

Visitors to the fair will have the opportunity to meet with health center staff who provide care at the facility and visit dozens of health resources booths that are planned to be part of the event.

In addition, knowledgeable community personnel will be on hand at information booths covering a wide variety of topics including but not limited to financial counseling, nutrition, spiritual care, pharmacy information, senior care/senior companion program/CIOCA and dental needs.

Those attending the fair will have the opportunity to learn about a wellness program called Healthy Me, which is a free healthy lifestyle-management initiative offered to all Eskenazi Health patients. Healthy Me supports individuals of all ages who are looking to improve their overall health and well-being. The event will also include representatives from Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services.
