Makes one serving; 267 calories
Ingredients:
1/3 cup oatmeal
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup hot water
1/2 banana sliced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Preparation:

In a microwave safe bowl, blend the oatmeal and salt. Stir in water.

Microwave for one minute. Stir. Microwave on for another minute. Stir again.

Microwave an additional 30-60 seconds until the oatmeal reaches the desired thickness. Stir again.

Top with banana slices and yogurt.
