Ready in 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped cranberries
- 1 cup of chopped red apples
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 cup of seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (eight-ounce) low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- A few mint leaves and frosted cranberries for garnish (optional)
Preparation:

Combine cranberries, apple, celery, grapes, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon and yogurt. Chopping the cranberries in a food processor works well. Toss to coat.

Cover and chill two hours.

Stir just before serving.

Garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves if desired. For frosted cranberries, wet cranberry and roll in sugar.
