Matcha is a high-grade green tea ground into powdered form. It is rich in antioxidants called polyphenols, which have been tied to protection against heart disease and cancer, as well as better blood sugar regulation, blood pressure reduction and anti-aging.
Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
1 tablespoon hot water
2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
3/4 cup hot unsweetened almond milk
Preparation

Sift the matcha powder into a cup.

Add the water and stir until no lumps remain.

Stir in the honey.

Add the almond milk and serve.
