Makes 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of dried blueberries or cranberries (low sugar)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir to combine. The mixture should have a sticky consistency.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture into your hand and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.

Store the bites covered in the refrigerator for up to a week or freezer for one month.
