Diversity is a cornerstone of success for Eskenazi Medical Group (EMG), playing a crucial role in fulfilling the shared mission to serve the community and provide compassionate, comprehensive and equitable health care to everyone. A diverse team brings together varied perspectives, experiences and cultural insights that not only enhance workplace creativity and problem-solving but also improve the quality of patient care. Research consistently shows that diverse workforces drive innovation, foster higher levels of engagement and satisfaction among employees, and lead to better health outcomes by reducing biases and improving communication between health care providers and patients.

By the numbers, this commitment to inclusive practices has led EMG to be one of the most diverse medical groups in the nation.
