Join us at Eskenazi Health Center Blackburn (2700 Martin Luther King Jr. St.) for a community day health fair event hosted by the health center teams at Eskenazi Health Center Blackburn, Eskenazi Health Center North Illinois Street, Eskenazi Health Center Pecar, Eskenazi Health Center Primary Care, Eskenazi Health Center West 38th Street and Eskenazi Health Center Westside.
Activities include:
- Free blood pressure checks
- Free information on health services
- Sports physicals (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
- For 10 - 18 year olds, insurance card and photo ID required. A financial counselor will be available on-site to meet with those without insurance to determine eligibility.
