Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center invites mental health professionals to attend our virtual educational speaker series. This webinar is scheduled for Thursday, May 9 from 4 - 5 p.m.

The webinar will feature Rene Elsbury, LCSW, clinical supervisor with the Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Child and Adolescent Outpatient Program, discussing trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy for children and adolescents.

The presentation will discuss the most rigorously tested evidence-based practice for trauma recovery therapy for children and adolescents. Participants will learn the core concepts of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, how to engage the supporting adult in the child or adolescent’s life, and what separates it from other youth-targeted treatments.

Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center’s monthly speaker series is free to attend. Eligible participants (LMHC, LMFT and LCSW) have the opportunity to earn CEUs by attending the presentation.
