This Eskenazi Health Thomas & Arlene Grande Campus is the newest addition to Eskenazi Health's network of patient care facilities throughout Indianapolis. The facility provides the community with more accessible primary and specialty care, dedicated space for Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center services and Marion County Public Health Department services.

Eskenazi Health collaborated with members of the immediate neighborhoods and community organizations throughout the planning and design of the facility. The state-of-the-art facility provides community-centered spaces such as a tech lounge, community room and wellness studio. A baby grand Yamaha piano resides on the first floor and is open to the public for spontaneous playing in addition to select scheduled performances. Art is prominently featured throughout the campus, serving as an expansion of the Eskenazi Health Public Art Collection thanks to philanthropic support from Eskenazi Health Foundation. Artworks from 51 artists, including many from or with ties to Indianapolis’ east side, is available for all to enjoy. There is ample green space including a farming strip along Pogue’s Run and a new trail that surrounds the building. It also includes a pear and apple tree orchard.

Café Soleil at Eskenazi Health Thomas & Arlene Grande Campus offers a wide variety of healthy eating options with both hot and ready-to-go food available. It is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The building is highly accessible, located on East 38th Street and along the future path of IndyGo Purple Line, opening late 2024.

    Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center is Indiana’s first community mental health center and provides comprehensive care for all types of emotional and behavioral problems, including severe mental illness, substance use and personality disorders. This site covers children age six through adulthood for all mental health diagnoses.

    The Rehabilitation Services care team provides therapy to adults with a variety of diagnoses including those with musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders and those with post-operative rehab needs. Specialty services for pelvic health and head/neck and upper lymphedema (tissue swelling) will be available. The suite has equipment for strengthening, cardiovascular improvements, range of motion and balance training.

  • B.A.B.E. Store
    The mission of Beds And Britches, Etc. (B.A.B.E.) is to reduce the infant mortality rate in Marion County by supporting and encouraging healthy behaviors that will lead to healthy lives for the population they reach. A client receives a B.A.B.E. coupon after completing a health care or social service visit with a B.A.B.E. coupon distributor like Eskenazi Health. Clients can redeem their B.A.B.E. coupons for essential baby items from prenatal to five years old.
