Eskenazi Health has been certified as Obstetric Level of Care III and Neonatal Level of Care III in accordance with the Indiana State Department of Health’s Perinatal Level of Care Program. According to program guidelines, a Level III facility is “equipped to care for complex maternal medical conditions and obstetric complications as well as infants requiring neonatal intensive care.”

The Gregory S. Fehribach Center assists college students with physical disabilities with invaluable internships.

The 2020 St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild Decorators’ Show House and Gardens, the longest running decorator show house in the nation, will be virtual this year. All proceeds will benefit Eskenazi Health’s COVID-19 relief effort. As has been the tradition for nearly 60 years, landscape and interior designers and their support teams donate hundreds of hours, as do members of St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild, to refurbish an area home and its surrounding property. The historic Fox Hill Manor, located at 10 West 65th Street, will be showcased during this year’s event, which is significantly different from all others that have preceded it.

Weather forecasts indicate that thermometers will continue in the 90s this week and Eskenazi Health emergency physicians want to share their recommendations on how to stay cool and safe during this dangerous and challenging time.

The Richard M. Fairbanks Burn Center at Eskenazi Health and Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services (IEMS) urge the public not to light their own fireworks this Fourth of July and be extra careful while grilling or barbecuing. Everyone is also encouraged to continue to wear a mask and observe social distancing when at gatherings.
