Eskenazi Health was featured in Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2016 list of “150 Great Places to Work in Health Care.” 

The 2016 list includes health care providers such as medical groups, ambulatory surgery centers, home health providers, and hospitals and health systems, as well as other types of health care-specific companies including consulting firms, technology providers, professional organizations and more. The list was developed through a combination of nominations and editorial research, and the organizations featured were chosen for their benefits offerings, wellness programs, commitment to diversity and inclusion, professional development opportunities, and environments that promote employees satisfaction and work-life balance. 

Other organizations on the list include Boston Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson Cancer Center and St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
