Indianapolis, Jan. 9, 2019 – Four talented string musicians with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra (ISO) will perform an all-French program at Eskenazi Health on Tuesday, Jan. 15. The 12:30 p.m. performance will take place in the Eli Lilly and Company Foundation Concourse on the first floor of the Sandra Eskenazi Outpatient Center, 720 Eskenazi Ave. Parking is available in the Eskenazi Health Parking Garage.
The ISO musicians include violinists Jayna Park and Peiming Lin, violist Yu Jin, and cellist Austin Huntington in an all-French program for string quartet. The group’s Eskenazi Health performance will coincide with the orchestra’s two-week Paris Festival featuring a classical program in the first week conducted by ISO Music Director, Krzysztof Urbański , and the second week showcasing a pops program conducted by ISO Principal Pops Conductor, Jack Everly.

Since the opening of the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, the Marianne Tobias Music Program has hosted a number of notable performers throughout its campus. Eskenazi Health recently began live streaming its concerts via televisions to patients across its main campus. This allows patients who are bedridden in an inpatient unit to watch and enjoy the music performed at Eskenazi Health.
